The best online scheduling flow I've ever experienced in my life!

Yes, I said, "In My Life!" Hubspot Sales Pro provided me with the best online scheduling experience I've had to date, and I've used a LOT of tools. Recently we switched our CRM to Hubspot Sales Pro and became Hubspot Sales Solutions Partners because of exactly that and other reasons (see below).
I'm always looking out for marketing technology that can make my or my clients lives better.
Before using Hubspot Sales Pro, I was using Agile CRM*Affiliate Link and to be honest with you, creating events was clunky, as is much of Agile CRM.
Granted I may be a bit biased at the moment because I paid to be a Silver level partner with Agile CRM 4 months ago and haven't seen a dime even though I have closed several clients with them. All of my contacts at Agile have been fired, and emails to [email protected] go unanswered. To top it off another partner I spoke with on Facebook hasn't been paid in 8 months. Scary! Note to self. "Watch out for "Beta" affiliate programs."
So I went on the hunt, yet again, for a good company to associate my good name with. Hubspot has been around for many years and has a good reputation, and excellent partner support, so here I am.
Hubspot Sales Pro allows me just to dead simply hook up my Google Calendar with their system. (You can use Office 365 as well) I think what I like best is that it allows me to do the following:
Default and Meeting Specific Availability
I needed to be able to set times for certain meetings that I have. For instance, I only like to take free consultations in the mornings a few days a week and one in the late day every week for people who are in the Asia/Pacific Region.
However, for other meetings, I had other settings and wanted to be able to specify them differently. The meetings feature made this a breeze.
It allows me to set up nice branding that perfectly matches our style and embeds right into the website.
Simple Location Setting
I was using Drift for a while, and it kept creating a google hangout link for people, and it was a bit of a mess, to be honest. People didn't know where to show up. I use one zoom meeting link for all of my free meetings so being able to put that in there was critical.
Form Questions Integrate Directly Into The CRM
This was huge for me. I couldn't do that with Agile CRM, it just asked for simple details not a custom form like Hubspot Sales Pro does. This way I can quickly and easily prequalify people before I even talk to them.
I could do this before with Acuity, but then I had the added cost of Acuity*Affiliate Link and Zapier. I even created a whole course on How to set up scheduling for your clients in Kajabi on how to put this all together. Granted, it did go into a lot more and allow acceptance of Paypal and the like. Trust me this process is infinitely easier!
Share The Meeting Links In Emails
I love how they think about maximizing my time. When I send emails from within Hubspot Sales Pro or from within Gmail (you could use Outlook too), I can quickly select the meeting links and add them as trackable links.
When They Book It Gets Put Right Into Their Timeline & On Your Google or Office Calendar
I don't have to do anything more than look at the answers to their form response and show up at the meeting!
Now Team Calendars Are Available
Team Calendars is spectacular. Booking Round-Robin or Group meetings is a hit right out of the ballpark. Usually, you can't do this unless you use much higher level meeting software that costs a lot more than the price of Hubspot Sales Pro. The fact that this is nonchallantly just part of your subscription is not to go un-noticed! I appreciate this in running my digital agency.
