I started my career when I was 19 in New Zealand as a service technician for Apple. After three years I was promoted to Service Manager with the highest marks for Service Certification ever recorded in New Zealand.
In 2001, I became a Genius for Apple when they opened their first San Diego store in Fashion Valley. (After all, I do have a Genius level IQ of 146). You can see more of my certifications and awards here.
Retail was not the gig for me so I started MacAngel, and became the world leading implementor of Daylite, by Marketcircle for ten years.
My next business venture was PodioAngel. I was one of 18 Citrix Preferred Podio Partners in the world. I did that for three years until they folded it under Sharefile.
Now that I've seen the inner workings of over 450 companies, I can see what works and what doesn't in a company. I now advise companies on implementing marketing technologies, strategy and data driven growth.
English, Read/Write/Speak French very rustily, I speak a little Thai. Kaw poot Thai dai nit noi.
Skiing, Golfing, Paddleboarding, Deep Sea Fishing, Orange Theory Fitness to keep me in shape.
My family developed Fairmont Hot Springs In Canada, built the Banff National highway and my Grandfather, Earl Wilder, was in the "Who's who of America". They gave my mother and father an enviable wedding present, a ski area in Canada called Tabor Mountain, where I grew up, Eh. Sure, I was spoilt growing up but I had that independent entrepreneurial pioneering spirit and left my family for NZ when I was 19 where I started my career in technology. Today I live in Del Mar with my son and "former Olympic rower" boyfriend.
